EPA Notices

Various notices can be issued by Council or the EPA under environmental legislation to prevent, investigate or remove pollution at your Site.

In some instances it can be as a result of negligent behaviour by 3rd parties or historical land use, other times simply not understanding all of your planning or waste obligations.

If you’ve been unfortunate enough to receive one of these notices it means you’re probably already having a bad day. CHEC do not want to make that day worse, which is why we focus on finding the best solution to your problem.
